welcome to my ict blog

i was never a big fun of blogging because i hated writing. nway i have started this blog because i have noticed that computers in uganda are under utilised and the ict ministry has not done enough to fully exploit the ict potential.

let me take ma self for instance, since my senior four i've always had a number of internet web ideas (e.g. ugpals the friends website i created after learning php and mysql) but i wouldnt even afford purchasing a domain name.

its also funny how the government has promoted ict awareness in the community but many people think ict is about using microsoft office, burning cds with nero and other petty stuff.
